Booker T. Washington is, historically, one of the first African American schools developed in Oklahoma. It became known for its high education and successful students despite the lack of resources. Over the years, it has been turned into a recreational center that has focused on providing resources to the Sapulpa community. With a new vision in mind, the City of Sapulpa has voted on renovating the center into a gorgeous hub that will have more capacity than before. They have plans to have a place for underserved children in the Sapulpa community, and we are estatic to be involved in this beautiful project
The new facility will engage the greater community of Sapulpa and is envisioned to include indoor recreation spaces, outdoor recreation spaces, meeting and activity spaces and an event space. We will be updating this page regularly to keep everyone caught up on our exciting updates!
